The person with the infected computer needs to use quality anti virus software to clean their computer. This is because you need a good spam filter to delete this kind of spam as it arrives. A good  suggestion you not using the same e-mail address if the spammer know your e-mail address and try to hidden your e-mail address from the spammer notice. Your also advised that not publish your any email address online.

The advantages of hackers or spammer is find out the weakness of user. They are use it to make an attack and try to stole our perspiration (money or data) inside our computer. Thus we have to make a strong gate prevent from them stole it. A good suggestion is you get good antivirus and try to hide all your e-mail address and don't simple pass it others.
